Ошибка
# dpkg --configure -a 
dpkg: error: parsing file '/var/lib/dpkg/updates/0031' near line 0: end of file after field name


Решение: 

# rm -f /var/lib/dpkg/updates/*
# dpkg --configure -a 
# apt upgrade -y
