Ошибка
Warning: /sbin/fsck.ext4 doesn't exist, can't install to initramfs, ignoring. E: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/fixrtc failed with return 1.
Решение - доустановить пакет e2fsprogs:
# apt install e2fsprogs
