Ошибка при запуске приложения на Windows Server:

The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

Решение - это установить компоненты Visual C++ 2019:

1) Ставим https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe
2) Ставим https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

Если ОС 32 битная, то только первый файл.
