Package ispmanager-lite does not support debian-jessie ( x86_64 )
package ispmanager-lite exists for follow Linux distribution and architectures:
Operation systems:                   centos-6 centos-7 debian-wheezy debian-jessie ubuntu-trusty 
ubuntu-xenial

Решение:

# apt-get clean
# rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*
# apt-get clean
# apt-get update
# apt-get upgrade
