1) Проверить наличие лицензии на ISPManager 5 - можно всегда по ссылке для своего IP, для примера:
2) Зайти на сервер по ssh и выполнить команды:
# rm -rf /usr/local/mgr5/etc/ispmgr.lic* # /usr/local/mgr5/sbin/licctl fetch ispmgr
