Если после переноса сайта на IPS - не открываются темы на форуме с ошибкой:
Template forums is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date.
Такое бывает если файлы криво перенеслись по FTP.
Решение - это заново перекачать все файлы в бинарном режиме по FTP.
