означает, что веб URL слишком длинный и не может быть обработан веб-сервером.
По-умолчанию, стоит LimitRequestLine 8190

Поднимаем лимиты в Apache:

#  vi /etc/apache2/conf/httpd.conf
LimitRequestLine 50000
# systemctl restart httpd

или меняем запрос GET на POST
